It would also be helpful to look at a product page and quickly see that it is part of our Popularity list - currently the only way to know if something is ranked in popularity is to export the full list.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When adding an item to a new catalog the toggle that says “update items form parent catalogs” assume that means any manual product edits you did prior to this product in another catalog will not be moved over to the new catalog. This toggle is not providing a traditional parent/child relationship to the skus as one would assume. Normally, a child SKU should inherit data from the parent while still allowing child-specific changes without affecting the parent sku. And any parent updates typically flow down to the children but don’t overwrite any changes done in the child.&#13;
&#13;
In EVOX, it works more like a partial product copy. Only certain “core” product data is copied when the child is created primarily the managed catalog data. Future updates to the parent for the list of items below do not automatically update the children. Any missing or updated data must be manually added again or handled through imports. This is added work on the dealer but manageable more my worry is it’s easy to make mistakes with the data in the future if we try to utilize moving managed catalogs around more. Example a product ABC needs a new primary category and you changed it on the overlay for whatever reason you need to remember to update the same product ABC in the new catalog as well because the variable you updated that data wont be passed despite having the toggle in the image below set ON. &#13;

Problem: EvoX requires invoice selection, which doesn’t match how payments are often made in Spruce. Spruce allows for partial payments of invoices where the partial amount is applied to the invoice. EvoX also has a total and AR paid column which would allow the remaining balance to be shown&#13;
Request: Add a “custom amount” option so users can pay any amount and apply it across invoices.</content>

At the moment, this appears to be the only promotion type where this functionality is available. Ideally, this same capability should be extended to other promotion types BOGO offers, percentage-off discounts, and flat-rate discounts so that customers are required to manually enter a coupon code rather than automatically receiving the promotion based on qualifying criteria.&#13;

Requiring the users to enter a code entry provides two key benefits. First, it allows us to more accurately measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, rather than leaving it unclear whether a customer accidentally meet the promotion requirements . Second, it gives us greater control over audience segmentation. In our case, we manage distinct user groups (NDS vs. Local), and requiring a coupon code enables me to restrict certain promotions codes from attaching to groups with a specific label.</content>

However, if you create a custom payment method for a single customer there is no way of hiding the other methods when logged in as them without having to re-order all my accounts with seperate labels. I can select the custom one to come up first but either the Credit Card or Account also always shows. Would be good to have three selections under a customer, Credit card, Account or Custom and when selecting the Custom only this shows in the payment/checkout screen.</content>

Then if a customer does not have that item contracted in TIMS, it would not appear as it is private for only those who have it contracted.  &#13;

Having a pricing rule set up on EvoX creates a situation where pricing can be wrong as it is not connected to TIMS &amp; if it is applied there and I am not notified, the price rule on EvoX would still have the incorrect price showing.  &#13;

A workaround could be found if the "D" designation was sent from DDMS, but it is only sent when an item is added as the sub in DDMS. In the attached image, both items are set as alt "D". The top item has a sub SKU and displays "original_type": "3" to signify the D type. But the bottom item doesn't have a sub item, so the "original_type" is not available.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">The Analytics Pages screen shows all searches. However it currently picks up searches for non-logged in users, most of which are spam/hacker style searches. However the clutter and quantity of these searches can really distort the inf being show on this page.&#13;

Can you provide an option to only see search results for logged in users? That would provide more relevant, actionable data.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">If I have a restricted item and enter the item # into the search bar and wait until the product detail appears, I am unable to order the restricted.  However, if I enter the restricted item into the search bar, and then click on the item that appears right below the search bar, I'm taken to the original product detail page,  Although the page shows boith the restricted item and the recommended item, I'm able to order the restricted item.  We need the system to recognize restricted items and block them from being ordered.</content>

Many customers have complained about this to the point that we would want much less button clicking. I suggest you put all the information available on one screen so that once they fill everything out, it's one click and done.&#13;

This also helps the user experience when there's worldwide internet slowdowns as well, as there's much less pages and sections to load with each button press.</content>

Customers click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions, but it doesn't work. They don't receive an email with information on how to reset their password.&#13;
Problem with Username. If the customer has a username provided, he must fill it in to reset his password. But he doesn't see that he needs to fill it in because it is not displayed (only asks "do you have a username?")</content>

However on the email confirmations, you're only able to put the EvoX order ID in the code. It would be helpful to allow us to input the DDMS order ID so that when we need to assist on an order, there isn't confusion on what the order number is between the customer and sales rep/customer service.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Im trying to set up a conditional statement in EVOX for the single banners so if users are in catalog_id XYZ, they see our local banners and then if the customer is in any other catalog container, then they will see the NDS items aka nonlocal. The issue I am having is figuring out how to pull the catalog id. It doesn’t exist in the EVOX.layer() . Yes, we could assign each account a label, but it doesn’t make sense to do that things will get lost. For example, if the customer needs moved to NDS because a local branch closed, the label is just another thing to remember to change. It would be better that the condition set at the determining factor the catalog container . Additionally, having the catalog container ID be available within inspect it would help troubleshoot storefront issues by being able to quickly determine which catalog container the user is in.</content>
