  We would like to see and download report of all abandon cart items with customer information. This information could prove as a potential selling feature or follow up for our branch locations. We would like to be able to email the list of items and customers to our branches within 1-2 days of the cart being abandoned.

  What David Mays is requesting is also a feature that our company can benefit from by being able to export the raw data. This can be used to following on our internal customers to understand why they are not completing the purchase.
