Add breadcrumbs to mobile version of the page

Currently, there are no breadcrumbs for the mobile version of the page.

@Boris You can display the breadcrumbs on mobile. This would be a design tweak to get working. We can have the team touch base to make a plan with you.

@Niall, as far as I know, you can make them appear by cloning the desktop version and displaying them on mobile. I'm wondering if you can add the HTML for the mobile version so the code is there by default.
