Josh PEssendant Smart Search could help fix this. It was integrated on ECI. Let's get it going on EvoX.

Sarah PaskYes this would be great as currently we would have to put those mis spellings in manually ourselves

AWAgreed. Predictive search should populate words the user might type as opposed to showing products that match what has been typed so far. The first screen shot shows a search from Amazon. The 2nd screenshot shows a search from our website. To me, it's a much better user experience seeing all the keywords and would lead to far more successful searches.

Savanna ShaverNote: Fuzzy Search should also consider search redirects! Currently, if I misspell something like "hand sanaitizer" in search and I have a misspelling set up to send it to the correct term "hand sanitizer" but hand sanitizer has a search redirect to send it to a better set up of products it doesn't matter the search redirect is ignored. So, you see bad results even though you have already cleaned up the search.
