Super Approver can see current quantity in stock

We have a customer with a super approver who would like to review quantity in stock when he's approving orders (currently he sees the number in stock when the order was made). His 3rd shift staff are making the order. By the time he reviews the orders, some of the items may end up on back order and having backorder items mixed with non-backorder items on the same order is an issue for this customer. We would like to have a user level option to allow super approvers to see this up to date info.
