Benefits:
The benefits of this enhancement include:
Increased efficiency for account managers
Improved visibility of all assigned accounts

Heather VThis would be hugely beneficial to our customers with multiple accounts. Asking our one user who has 20+ locations to log out/log in to each one to manage their accounts is tedious and a recipe for errors. A single login with a dashboard view of all parent & child accounts in one area has been requested by nearly all of our "username" customers.

AngelaAgreed!!! We also have many customers that have access to multiple accounts so if this is something that could be added it would be very helpful and eliminate customer frustrations.
This feature would also be helpful for our Sales Reps that need access to multiple accounts. -

Séamus Diamond AdminWe've released a new feature that allows a single user to access other customer accounts, read more about it here https://docs.evolutionx.io/en/articles/9899057-other-customer-account-access
Thanks for the contribution and comments on this issue! -

Connie J HillFor customers that don't have multiple addresses on multiple accounts this works but it looks like i cannot assign two accounts and then just one address from each of those accounts to a customer.

Connie J HillThis is only good if they are allowed to have access to all the addresses. Most only have access to one or two addresses on an account and then others on another account.
