Return Request from Order History
Similar to the functionality on Amazon and other ecommerce websites, adding the ability to generate and submit a return request by finding the product(s) in order history would be useful. Web user would click a return button next to the item, then a prompt would ask why they are requesting return of that item. The form would autogenerate the product details, invoice number, etc. so the customer does not have to fill that information in. The form is then submitted and emailed to an assigned address for review and further approval or processing. An email is also sent to the customer confirming receipt of their return request. It would be a great bonus feature to generate a case or reference number related to the return. Functionality further, a tab or area within the platform that 'hoards' all return requests for customer service to access for review and reporting.
