If a customer purchases a mix of 12 different sinks they get a 15% discount. I spoke to him before about discounts and promotions that we can create within EvoX to facilitate this, however, he believes it should be automated for the end customer, without the need for discount codes etc. Also – if we were able to get this promotion created on EvoX with the desired outcome – it would mean manual set-up and intervention thousands of products. Also – because this wouldn’t be dynamic, if they added new products into their database, they would need to update their promotion every time.
