Restrict online visibility to stock by branch

"See Kevin email 9/16. This customer has 9 branches but not all products are stocked and available in all locations. While we do not have the functionality right now to only display items stocked in that location or a toggle to enable to display by branch, the ‘show in stock’ filter doesn't work unless it's native inventory. And because of building regulations they are unable to sell certain items in certain states.
So, when shopping in the CA location you have to scroll about 6 pages until you get to show items in that branch.
However, the other concern is they do not want the liability of a CA customer purchasing an incorrect offset window based on building codes because it displays in that branch even if it says call for pricing."
