The desire would be for the system to be bidirectional. A quote produced in Spruce and shared on Evolution X and vice versa. Employees should not be required to go into evolution X to produce a quote so it will translate to the customers account on evolution X. The documents need to be live so either party can make corrections/ deletions. Customers and sales people should be able to convert a quote or portions of a quote into an order. Customers can make a deposit on an order.
