Automated After Purchase Email - Reorder Reminder / Recommend Additional Products
This is possibly an add-on to the new Basket Abandonment feature. I believe it would increase sales if an automated email was sent out after orders have been shipped to remind them to reorder and/or suggest similar or additional products.

This is possible through our new HubSpot integration! We can create an automated workflow that will enroll contacts when their order status is marked as "Dispatched" in EvolutionX. This will trigger an automated email to be sent to the contact letting them know their order has shipped. This email can also contain similar suggested products.
We can then add a delay (for example, 2 weeks) to the workflow and send a separate email that will remind the contact to reorder.
All of this would take place automatically once the workflow is created, enrollment triggers are set, and the workflow is turned on.
