Utilise Product Groups and have an area inside a delivery rule where the group can be assigned.

Ian HarperA recent discovery by us was that if a VAT exempt item on its own in an order attracts a delivery charge VAT should not be charged also. Delivery charges at product level would be an idea place to start a conditional rule that takes care of this.

Mark MergedThe other area I would like to see improvement would be the delivery rules. At the moment we have various suppliers offering different type of delivery rules and charges depending on the products groups they have. This makes it difficult to control with one rule and we have to remove these items from the store to stop confusion. It would be great if I could apply a fixed price per item and not a group of products. Could this be controlled by product label. There are other possible delivery controls I would also like to discuss.

Graham TaylorSome Fusion catalogue suppliers have "extra shipping/handling" costs depending on "product" and/or "shipped to postcode" and/or "delivery service" (ie to the kerb, to the floor, to the room and fixed in position). There is a field called "Non-standard shipping" which at the moment i think only displays a "freight symbol"? If that somehow could offer a pop-up with information or even better to grab the info required and be able to respond back with an "extra cost" depending on info

Jordan SmithIt would be nice if in the delivery rules you could block items at check out that are restricted for sale in some US states.

Frederick SchutteMarking backordered product on the product level of an order would be a great addition so customers can see what was delivered and what is backordered from their order.

Ted HaleWould like ot be able to select specific lines from a larger sales order for delivery. If A customer has 30 lines on an order, but only wants a handful of items delivered, we should be able to select only those lines they want delivered on a specified date to be delivered. This would result in a large back order but that way we can select only the lines we want delivered off a larger order. Often our customers will not have space on the jobsite for all the materials to come at once and want certain items delivered one week, and the next week another list of items etc until the order is delivered in full

Brian LiddellWe would like to be able to have different delivery options/rules available for certain products. Some of our product's would only be available to be delivered by freight within our state. Other products would be available to be shipped Nationwide via UPS.
