  Change the functionality of sharing a Quicklist from emailing the User who created the Personal Quicklist a CSV file that the recipient then loads to a model where the User who created the Personal Quicklist can make it visible to selected or all other Users in their organization without need to share and load a csv file.

  We're in need of options for sharing favorites list; i.e. all users for said acct, specific user or by department level. We did create a shared favorites list and chose shareable when creating which in turn shared it across all users for the account.
