Delivery Rule Item Exceptions - Inclusions / Exclusions

Currently delivery rules do not allow restrictions by item number.
It would be useful to have the option to restrict rules to include / exclude (toggle) specified item. numbers
E.g. setup of rules using this functionality:
Rule A for Supplier A to apply to all products excluding (specified) item ABC
Rule B for supplier A to apply to included (specified) item ABC
