Approval access to edit orders/PO function
We have some users that are on an approval process that are not required to place a po on their orders. The approvers are actually required to place the PO when they go in to approve them. Approvers need to be able to add and remove items before approving an order. Those approvers set with the PO requirement on their user setting, have to be able to add the PO at the time of approval and the site needs to stop them from approving the order if no po has been added.

Agree with Crystal and AW 100%. We need to have this ability for approvers. -

CrystalIf the user setting for the PO requirement is toggled on for an approver, it should require that approver to enter a PO/verify the PO is on the order upon approving an order.

AWYES! Approvers should have the ability to enter a PO when approving an order WITHOUT having to "Edit" the order and go through the full checkout process. The people placing the orders don't know what the final PO is, only the approver has that info. Last, give the dealer the ability to make that PO-entry field mandatory (or not) in the approver's settings.
