Automatically change the approval process when changing the approver for an existing request

Right now, if an approver changes on an order already requested for approval, the approver won't change for that order. Allowing the approver to change automatedly for existing orders, based on the current approval process, would save time trying to search for any existing orders that might conflict with the changes made.
