Ability to create & add email templates to specific roles

I have a role set up where the customer cannot see pricing online. However, when they checkout, they receive the order confirmation email that shows pricing in both the email body and PDF confirmation.
I dont want to edit the original template to not show this information as I want most customers to see that info.
It would be nice to have the ability to copy a email template like we can roles & edit them to meet what we need for that role. Then, within the username settings or role settings, allow us to select which email template we want to use for order confirmations.
