Quick Order: Add a Reference Line

Line Item Reference, in addition to where this feature is already - add it also to Quick Order. Include the ability to add a Reference Line to each item. Currently, if you use Quick Order, you have to go through each line item again in the shopping cart phase to add line item references for those items added using Quick Order. It is a pain to go back through each item after the fact. It would be way easier to have the ability to add the reference to each item at the time the item is entered in Quick Order.
