One address dropdown for DDMS

If there is only one shipping or billing address coming from DDMS and there is no info in address line one, then the shipping details section of checkout becomes a dropdown. If anything is in shipping line 1, then the dropdown disappears (which is what it should be either way).
In the example image below, a "." was added to the Billing Address line 1 and left blank for Shipping Address line 1 in DDMS, for better display of the issue. Can it be set that if address line 1 is blank, there is no dropdown option if only one address is available?

Belma LaraStrongly agree on getting this fixed. Customers are confussed when they see a drop-down option with nothing in it.
