Ability to transfer pending order from one approver to another

Have the ability to transfer a pending order from one approver to another. In other words, an order is submitted for approval but the approver is no longer with the company or has changed prior to the order being changed. We would like the ability to go into the pending order and transfer the order to a different approver and have them approve/deny the order. ECinteractive has this functionality and EvoX should too!
