Ability to Either Combine Duplicated lines items or Keep them separate

It's great that EvoX gives the global option to either combine duplicate line items or keep them separated. But if this option could be adjusted per account (or user), that would be even better.
In ECinteractive, if a comment (line reference) is added to an item, if the same item is added again to the cart, it will be added as a new line item, instead of combined (see image). - WD request
