Users Import to Include which Pricing ID(s) to assign

Currently users need to be imported through one import process, and there's another import for users into pricing contracts. Adding a column for Pricing IDs to be added at the same time as user imports would be useful. Also have the ability to add the pricing contract to a user in the user edit section of admin. - WD request
