want to use EVOX swaps in addition to DDMS alternates and substitutions

As of MAY 2025 the Dev Team says that if the DDMS app is installed, then Evox swaps are not supported. Even products that are not in DDMS.
>We need both Evox swaps and DDMS hard and soft subs. DDMS alternates are often used to move a discontinued item to a new item, for the dealer back end orders as well as customer web orders. They happen as part of automated processes; using DDMS alts is not optional.
>Want to use Evox to swap some Do-It-Best items to the equivalent SP or Essendant item. The ability to sell other catalogs, like Synnex, Box Partners, Do-It-Best, etc, without adding items to DDMS is what sets Evox apart, and we should be able to swap these items as needed.
>Want to use Evox swaps strategically, at the account level, both force and suggestions.
