Need a online Special or Spotlight Special in EvoX like what is in ecInteractive

Need for EvoX to have a feature like ecInteractive where you have what is called Online Specials or Spotlight items (you can name it what you want). The special pricing is set online and not in DDMS. The special pricing is accepted by DDMS and overrides any pricing assigned to the customer as long as the special pricing is lower than the assigned pricing.
