Email Variables for Budget Amount and Budget Remaining

When an order exceeds a user's budget and an email is sent to the approver, there is no information about the budget or remaining balance at time of order - forcing the approver to log in to find budget status and determine how excessively the budget would be breached. A variable showing the original budget amount and the remaining balance would allow for quick approval decisions.
