Notice from Evox when the DDS file dropped/uploaded.

It would be helpful to have some sort of notification when the DDS file(s) are dropped or uploaded to EvoX. I get an automated email when our file id dropped to DDS, but I never know when that file is sent to EvoX or when EvoX ingests it.
