Make the "Show Pricing" button apply to all areas of the site including checkout

Currently the role option to Show or Hide Pricing applies to everywhere on the site except the check out process. We have customers that pay via credit and on charge accounts that do not want the user to see their pricing online. However the check out process shows totals which can easily be used to figure out price. You simply put one item in your cart and then click check out to see the price. I believe the hide pricing should mean everywhere or we should at least have the option for to mean that.
