Notify users in Admin when orders are in the On Hold or New status for staff review
If actionable orders are available, any user in the admin, who has access to the orders module, should be easily notified so they know to review the orders. Several indicators could be used: 1) a red dot or count of orders affected; 2) a count by status at the top of the orders list view with clickable link to the filtered results. The actionable order status for TIMS and other ERP integrations are "New" and "On Hold" which indicates that staff follow-up is required. These should be a count of zero each if everything is working fine.
