Cart Option to Request a Quote, sends an email and sends quote to the ERP

A customer could build a cart of items but instead of going to the checkout, request a quote. The quote request could send an email to the distributor and add the quote request items to the ERP where supported.

This would be very beneficial for those customers that are uncertain of their pricing as well as meeting the desire of an official quote prior to PO issuance.
