Allow Dealers to Input the DDMS created order ID into email templates
Right now, when an order confirmation gets sent to the customer, there's an evoX order ID created and later a DDMS order ID created. However on the email confirmations, you're only able to put the EvoX order ID in the code. It would be helpful to allow us to input the DDMS order ID so that when we need to assist on an order, there isn't confusion on what the order number is between the customer and sales rep/customer service.

Mitch, if open "Order Analysis" in DDMS, you can search by EvoX order number. Use the 3rd party order # field. It shows both EvoX order ID and DDMS order ID. Our customer service team uses this all the time.
